William H. Pelham
Holding a BA in Pre-Architecture (1977) and a Masters in Architecture (1981) from Clemson University , William (Bill) Pelham worked for several local firms before beginning his own practice.
Though Bill has worked on projects ranging from large commercial and industrial buildings to small residential alterations, his expertise lies in residential architecture.
Community Service:
-Almost 20 years on the Warehouse Theatre board of directors; several terms on the Executive Committee; terms as VP and President; Chairman of the Building Committee
-City of Greenville Board of Zoning Adjustment and Appeals, past member and chair
-City of Greenville Art in Public Places Commission, current member
